"There is a depth of truth, this depth of being that wants itself known, felt, expressed, met. It makes you want to soar, to fly on eagle wings, to master your own dreams, to find true freedom. To create a masterpiece of life. Take all the pieces of life and create a new quilt. One that shines with love and light."

Our Wonderful World

Sunrise from my front porch, Arizona

Day follows the fleeing moon
Night follows the setting sun
As the ocean rolls in undulating waves;
earth’s heartbeat.
Thunders booming power,
Lightning striking like fireworks
Mountains soaring to touch the clouds
Crimson light shines through their pine shadows
Tranquil meadows of peace
Wildflowers waving in the breeze
Puffy white clouds floating along
Grey clouds bringing the rain
Rainbows of awe and wonder
Do the stars and universe ever end?
Moon above the water
Silent music of the night
Sunrises of glory, each dawn a new chance,
To see the gifts of God,
As we live in this planets dance
Waves of pleasure surround us
As we gaze on all these sights
The sacred lies in the ordinary
These are the miracles of life.

  3. Hi laura,
that tree was at the Grand Canyon where we went last year in June. It was so interesting because during the five days we were there, it rained, snowed, and then there was beautiful sunshine. So i got to take a lot of photos of different views of the canyon in the different weather.
